The Institute for Excellence in ECE

The Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood Education (TIE ECE) equips early childhood educators, leaders, and child care business owners with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to lead well, teach well, and build thriving programs. Through practical professional development, leadership training, coaching, and business support, TIE ECE helps early childhood professionals move beyond managing the day-to-day toward intentional, sustainable excellence. Our mission is to develop bold leaders, strengthen teaching and learning, improve program operations, and create healthy, high-performing early childhood environments where children, educators, families, and programs can thrive.
