Build to Win part 2 of 4. Build a winnable supermajority. Take the first steps to build worker power, using power mapping to understand your workplace, and learn the skills of having effective conversations with colleagues to discover and develop leadership in your campaign. 🟠

Rep Onboarding part 1 of 4. Learn contract law basics, explore typical company policies and learn how to find resources. 🟣

Rep Onboarding is open to any UTAW member interested in becoming a rep. The course offers a detailed look into how employment law works, these sessions should be taken in order and will give you the fundamental skills to defend yourself and fellow members as a union rep. It's recommended to sign up for all 4 sessions in a single month If you can, but feel free to pick and choose to fit around your schedule if you can't.

Rep Onboarding part 2 of 4. Identify different types of discrimination, learn about protected characteristics and the Equality Act 2010. 🟣

Rep Onboarding is open to any UTAW member interested in becoming a rep. The course offers a detailed look into how employment law works, these sessions should be taken in order and will give you the fundamental skills to defend yourself and fellow members as a union rep.
