Rep Onboarding is open to any UTAW member interested in becoming a rep. The course offers a detailed look into how employment law works, these sessions should be taken in order and will give you the fundamental skills to defend yourself and fellow members as a union rep. It's recommended to sign up for all 4 sessions in a single month If you can, but feel free to pick and choose to fit around your schedule if you can't.

Rep Onboarding part 2 of 4. Identify different types of discrimination, learn about protected characteristics and the Equality Act 2010. 🟣

Rep Onboarding is open to any UTAW member interested in becoming a rep. The course offers a detailed look into how employment law works, these sessions should be taken in order and will give you the fundamental skills to defend yourself and fellow members as a union rep.
