Cal.com’s Out-of-Office (OOO) feature is designed to manage your availability when you're not around, like on vacations, holidays, or any period when you won’t be taking appointments on the Cal.com events. Here's how it works and what makes it useful:
Go to set Out of Office section of your profile settings and choose specific date range or date ranges as well as reason indicated to mark yourself as unavailable. Cal.com will automatically block these periods from your event types.
In a case where a team member will be taking your calls whilst you are away, you can toggle "Provide a link to a team member when OOO" and choose a team member that will cover you for that date range.
