You can add date overrides to block some of your slots on a particular day, or mark yourself unavailable for entire day.

To add a date override, you simply go to Availability -> Click on | + Add an override | -> Select the dates to override -> select free hours or mark unavailable for all day

After adding the override entry, simply click on the 'Save' button in the top corner to reflect it properly.
