Home is the first page you see after signing in. It has the Cal.com agent, where you can ask questions and make changes in plain language, plus a list of your next bookings.
Home page with the Ask Cal.com box, suggested prompts and the Next bookings list

Ask the agent

Type in Ask anything… and press Enter, or click one of the suggested prompts under the box. For example:
  • “Summarize my week”
  • “What’s my next meeting?”
  • “Who am I meeting with tomorrow?”
  • “Show bookings waiting for my confirmation”
  • “Confirm all my pending bookings”
The agent can only see and change what your account can. It works with your bookings, Links, availability and out of office, calendars, teams, routing forms, workflows, webhooks and insights.

Approving changes

Before the agent changes anything, such as cancelling a booking or editing a Link, it shows an Approval needed card describing the change. Nothing happens until you approve it. If the agent wants to make several changes, you can click Approve all. If the agent creates a private link for you, it shows the link once. Copy it right away, or find it later in that Link’s Privacy tab.

Your next bookings

Under the agent, Next lists your upcoming bookings. You can Confirm or Reject unconfirmed bookings straight from the list, or click Show all to open Bookings.

Use the agent from any page

Click Agent in the bottom-right corner of any page to open the agent in a floating panel. The panel stays open as you move between pages.
  • Click Use this page as context so the agent knows what you’re looking at, for example the Link you’re editing.
  • Click Open full-page chat to continue the conversation on Home.
  • Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K), then Tab, to start a new chat from the search bar.

Chat history

Click the conversation name at the top of Home, for example New chat, to start a new chat, search your chat history, or reopen an earlier conversation. Only you can see your conversations.

Give feedback

Below each answer, mark it as a Good response or Bad response. For a bad response, you can pick what went wrong and add details. The Cal.com team reads this feedback to improve the agent.

Free questions and credits

The agent runs on credits. If your account has no credits and your email is verified, you get 10 free questions a month. A progress bar shows how much of your free usage you’ve used. When you run out, click Buy credits. If your credits come from a team or organization, ask an owner or admin to add more. Running out of credits doesn’t affect your Links, bookings or workflows.
