Go to Settings > My account > General.

Language, timezone and time format

Setting	What it does
Language	The language of the Cal.com app and the emails you receive.
Timezone	Your default timezone. Bookers always see times in their own timezone.
Time format	12-hour or 24-hour. This only changes how times show inside Cal.com, not on your public booking pages.
Start of week	The first day of the week in calendars and availability views.

Click Update to save.

If you’re travelling, you can schedule a timezone change so your availability follows you without editing your schedules.

Click Schedule timezone change.
Pick the Time range of your trip, or turn on Schedule timezone without end date and pick a start date.
Choose the Timezone you’ll be in and click Add.

Scheduled trips are listed under Travel schedule. Click Delete to remove one.

Setting	What it does
Limit booking frequency	Sets the most bookings you can receive per day, week, month or year across all your personal and team booking links. Shown for organization members.
Dynamic group links	Lets people combine usernames in one URL, for example `cal.com/anna+brian`, to book a meeting with everyone. See Dynamic group links.
Allow search engine indexing	Lets search engines show your public booking pages in search results.
Monthly digest email	Sends you one monthly summary of booking activity across every team you administer.
Prevent impersonation on bookings	Anyone who books using your email address must verify they own it first.
