About the job:
- Full-Time Position (30-40 hours per week)
- 100% remote and async-first environment
- This is a crucial position with high skill requirements and high impact
What you'll do:
- Work on complex timezone logic, availability blocking and calendar APIs
- Oversee our Platform Product
- Create Cal Atoms (Frontend Components)
- Add more API endpoints for embedded usecases
Who you are:
- You feel comfortable jumping into complex topics immediately
- Good understanding of APIs and how to properly build them for long-term success
- A self-starter who works well independently as well as interdependently in a remote environment
- A motivated person who enjoys working on complex technical problems who does not need to be micro-managed
- Someone who is looking to grow with us and our product
This job might NOT be for you if:
- You prefer to work syncronously with people in time zones close to yours
- You need a full product spec and design to get started on a project
- Being expected to deliver extremely high quality software used by thousands daily is too much pressure
Your skills and background:
- Ample knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design
- Strong ability to work in an asynchronous environment
- Strong communication skills, specifically in a remote work environment
- Very strong English Fluency (written and spoken)
