I come to you to diagnose and resolve hardware issues, set up new equipment, configure networks, and handle anything that needs hands-on attention. I can also pick up a laptop or desktop and bring it back. For quick repairs that take about 45 minutes or less, I carry tools and supplies in my car and can work in your driveway: a laptop battery replacement, a hard drive swap with a basic Windows reinstall (no data transfer), or replacing modular components. On-site visits are in Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Naples, and Cape Coral. For anywhere else, book a Remote Room session. Your visit is confirmed once I accept your request. I call about an hour before to confirm and give you an arrival time. I appreciate any notice if you need to change or cancel, because last-minute changes affect my business.
