Check in a guest by registration id
Records a door check-in for one registration, the roster’s manual tap (no QR involved). Same access as approving/declining guests — an external co-host may also work the door. PBAC permission for team events: calEvent.update. If accessed using an OAuth access token, the EVENT_WRITE scope is required.
