About the job:

  • Full-Time Position (30-40 hours per week)
  • 100% remote and async-first environment

What you'll do:

  • Work on complex timezone logic, availability blocking and calendar APIs
  • Manage complete software development from conception to deployment
  • Maintain and upgrade the software following deployment
  • Manage end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
  • Oversee and guide the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software
  • Oversee the automated testing and provide feedback during the development process
  • Modify and test changes to the previously developed programs

This job might NOT be for you if:

  • You prefer to work syncronously with people in time zones close to yours
  • You need a full product spec and design to get started on a project
  • Being expected to deliver extremely high quality software used by thousands daily is too much pressure

Your skills and background:

  • Ample knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design
  • Strong ability to work in an asynchronous environment
  • Strong communication skills, specifically in a remote work environment
  • Very strong English Fluency (written and spoken)
