I came from calendly, where I had a lot of features I didn't need in a paid account. Cal.com's free account for a freelancer like me is great. It packs quite some features, including Google Analytics and workflows. Support has been very responsive in fixing things, big plus!

Please don't tell anyone about this totally awesome bit of calendar wizardry because I'd like to keep it to myself. The tool just works (makes fixing an appointment really, really easy) and links with as many calendars as you want to check for conflicts. The booking mechanism is simple and links with your own video conference provider.

I can't recommend this product enough for solopreneurs. Slick interface, easy to set up and clear instructions and super-competitive pricing, in fact, completely free if you are a single user, and it includes all the bells and whistles. Zero regret switching from Calendly.

Calendly and other scheduling tools are awesome. It made our lives massively easier. We're using it for business meetings, seminars, yoga classes, and even calls with our families. However, most tools are very limited in terms of control and customization.

I like the interface, it's simple and minimalistic. Calendar integration and also pixel integration are seamless. Additionally, customised reminders are also something useful. Though I haven't experienced this before right now, the site is down. I hope it gets resolved soon.

@digiwonk @WorkScientist I used to have this issue too. I used calendly (and just switched to ). Both send an email when something gets booked, and GMail automagically generates a calendar event based on the email. Not perfect, but way better for me than what I was doing before.

I was a Calendly stan since before it was mainstream. I loved the idea/concept/solution - it made a solid case for enabling an async comms ecosystem. I was absolutely in awe. 
But as of 2024, I don’t see why anyone would wanna use anything other than @calcom for the purpose!
