The worst sales tool I've ever gotten as a rep. How disappointing can a simple calendar booking link be?

Well with <a href="https://Cal.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cal.com</a> the options are endless. Misrouted calls almost every week causing reps to manually reschedule and reroute to team members. They even had a bug where inbounds were booked during an unavailable slot on reps calendars. I mean at this point we might as well go back to manually booking leads LOL.

Very unhappy with this tool and really wish we switch back to the previous provider.

Hands-down the best scheduling platform out there. Blows other scheduling tools out of the water. The ability to build custom booking forms is next-level—flexible enough for any use case.

The API access is incredibly powerful. We've been able to automate complex workflows without hitting annoying limitations, and their docs make it smooth to implement.

Customer support is unmatched. Every time we've had a question or needed help, the team has gone above and beyond—it's clear they genuinely care.

The interface is clean, minimalist, and aesthetic.

This program is disaster. 

I truly wanted to like it and rarely ever give a negative review to a program after all it takes a lot of time to develop and support any software. Unfortunately, no matter how much we tried it doesn't work.

It does not create a  MS Teams Meeting - it created initially but after a few weeks it stopped working and only will create a <a href="https://cal.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">cal.com</a> meeting link. Tried multiple time installing and re-installing  MS Teams app in <a href="https://cal.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">cal.com</a> but nothing solved it.  Send mail to them but with no success. Finally - I set up Microsoft Bookings events.

Even the biggest problems its reminders settings don't work. That means even if you set meetings in advance then either or people won't come to join as there are no reminders.  You will lose trust and clients.

 My advise is leave all these third party "partially working" or "sometime working and some time non-working" and use included  Microsoft Booking included in MS Office 365.

I was initially using Calendly because that's what was recommended to me and it was going well, until the free trial ended and I was limited to creating only one event and could only add one of my Google calendars to it - their free version. I'm not at a point where I can afford to add more expenses to my business' budget, so I immediately started searching for a calendar that could create more than one event at a time, connect to both my Google calendars, schedule without any issues, and was free. Extremely basic, I think. Cal hit every point I needed and it has been wonderful. It was pretty easy to set up, to adjust my availability and show days off in the year. I especially like the small touch of being able to change the calendar date to one of my business colors.

I used Cal for many different businesses I own and side projects I started, from local service businesses to SaaS and digital products, and it's BY FAR the best scheduling software I've ever used. I've tried all of them, and this has gone beyond my expectations.

If you're solo, the free plan has all the features other platforms charge for, and I've found that they work better. 

It's super easy to embed into your websites or sales funnels, and finally, IT IS OPEN SOURCE. As a Free and Open Source Software enthusiast, it really means a lot to me to see open source software outperform their competition. 

Also, their customer support is extremely quick and very helpful. I 100% recommend.

I had a problem with Stripe reporting income from <a href="https://Cal.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cal.com</a> that was not mine.  I reached out to them to help me figure out where the income was coming from.  They did everything they could to get to the bottom of the problem.  They were so pro-active, searched their database for my email account, kept in contact with me every day and bent over backwards to solve my problem which wasn't there's to begin with.  I wish I had that kind of customer service with any account that I have! They are fabulous at being helpful. I am blown away by their involvement in wanting to help.

I love how you can sync it with your google calendar, and I can choose which exact calendars to sync it with. Also it is free; $10 a month may not seem much but when you have several apps of this kind it adds up.  And <a href="https://cal.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">cal.com</a> were extremely helpful and prompt in dealing with my questions.

The help was great, downside was the waiting time (which I was aware of, does not make it go faster tho).

On April 18 I reported a bug that's been affecting emails sent to my customers due to variables being broken in spanish.

The overall translation of the Cal service to spanish is lackluster, but the fact that variables don't work because they aren't translated properly and that some workflows don't trigger is astonishing to me.

Anyways, I reported this back in April and I've been given dates and update numbers from CS that come and go and nothing gets fixed.

Today the CS person told me that "This isn't working for any of us." after I complained about being left in seen again and that the "head of engineering just doesn't have the priority level necessary" and that"

Terrible experience. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

I love <a href="https://Cal.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cal.com</a> so much because it gives so much value for the free version to us solo entrepreneurs while other companies like Calendly and Zoom are doing the opposite.

I haven't even scratched the surface of using all the features in the free version yet. These are just some of the features I've enjoyed so far with my free account:
1) Unlimited event types (unlike Calendly)
2) Multiple duration types and locations for each of my events.
3) I can add custom follow-up questions to each of my events.
4) I can schedule reminders to be sent out. As many as I want
5) They have a video conference feature with no time limit.
6) I was able to get on a video call for a technical issue and TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. 

Besides all these features, the setup was very intuitive and straightforward. Their tutorial videos on YouTube are extremely helpful and easy to follow. 

I have been spreading the word to my friends and colleagues. Thanks <a href="https://Cal.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cal.com</a> for supporting us solopreneurs.
