Get startedThere are lots of scheduling products out there, but I'm not going to talk about them. Instead, I'm going to tell you all about Cal.com and why you should consider using it. Here's the thing: our product is people-focused. Yes, we're a calendar scheduling infrastructure product, but the whole idea behind our approach is centered on making it easier for people to meet. We don't want individuals, organizations, brands, or businesses bogged down by the figuring out of when and where. Instead, we want to facilitate efficient and impactful connection. We have a whole host of tools that are available as part of our suite of services. These range from apps like routing forms to options for multiple availability schedules and various types of automation.
However, the number one reason why you should consider using our product is that we're right-sized. What do I mean by that? Well, Cal.com doesn't put you in the position where you have to change how you work to make our product work for you. We're an open-source system. This means that if you're so inclined, you can take a look at our repo on GitHub and start customizing to your heart's content. Having said that, though, we understand that tinkering with code, like working on vintage cars, is an acquired taste. This means that not everyone's going to want to do it, and that's perfectly acceptable.
Anyone who signs up for a basic Cal.com account has the option of customizing their calendar scheduling environment thanks to a myriad of no-code options. The Cal.com app store lets users effortlessly install payment, automation, and video conferencing solutions, as well as popular third-party services like Sendgrid and HubSpot. In addition, Cal.com's basic plan doesn't limit the number of calendar connections or events that users can create.
This means that you don't have to worry about double bookings or limit yourself to a single active event type. Our product's event-level settings will let you customize everything from booking questions to buffer times and more. I could go on and on about all the things that Cal.com offers, but I think it's better if you take a look for yourself. The best way to do that is to sign up for an account. Don't worry, signing up for a Cal.com account is free. When I say free, I really mean that. We're not going to ask for your credit card or bill you 30 days later if you forget to cancel your basic subscription. Testing Cal.com to see how it could work for you just requires a couple of minutes and an active email address.
