The app store allows us to offer a variety of tools and integrations that can be combined with Cal.com’s native features to extend and customize your workflow. 

Cal.com has developed an app that allows our users to integrate Google analytics. This makes it easy for organizations and businesses to gain insights from their booking. These insights can range from attendee location to booking frequency and bounce rates. This data can be used as part of identifying client needs.

How to connect google analytics to an event

  • Login to your cal.com account 

  • Visit the cal.com app store

  • Choose analytics from the featured categories

  • Select Google Analytics

  • Select install app

  • Next, navigate to your event types

  • Choose an event from which you’d like to collect analytics from

  • Click on the in event apps tab

  • Hit the toggle button to turn on Google Analytics

  • Enter your tracking ID

  • Click the save button on the top right-hand corner of the page.

Using Google Analytics with Cal.com is a simple and straightforward process. All you have to do is enable the app, enter the tracking id, and save your changes. Once you’ve done that, you can use bookings, rescheduling, and even cancellations to help power your customer insights and transform the way you schedule.
