Using Cal.com with Zapier

One of the great things about Cal.com is that it doesn’t just make scheduling more manageable, it makes it more accessible. Even though Cal.com is developer-friendly, and open-source, it also has a wide variety of no-code and low-coded integrations available via its app store. These modular enhancement options help ensure that regardless of an individual’s comfort level with programming or coding, they can still customize and tailor Cal.com to their specific needs.

One of the best products within the app store for doing this is Zapier. Zapier is a web-based automation platform that helps users connect different online services and apps. Zapier provides a no-code environment that its users can use to design automated tasks and workflows.

These workflows typically consist of repetitive tasks that are more impactful and efficient when automated. This might include things like creating a Trello card every time a Google sheets document is updated or sending out an email whenever someone signs up for your brand’s Mailchimp mailing list. Using Cal.com with Zapier is a simple way to streamline your workflow, and best of all, it only takes a few moments when you follow the steps outlined below.
