Get startedCal.com was built with a simple idea: calendar scheduling infrastructure should be available to everyone. To do this we had to ask ourselves a few questions: starting with what would that look like? And more importantly, what would it feel like? We knew that whatever solution we came up with needed to be customizable. It had to be easy to use, and most importantly, it had to be ahead of the curve. These were the priorities that acted as the spokes of the wheel upon which Cal.com was built.
Many of these challenges and issues were addressed by choosing to create an open-source product. Doing this meant that Cal.com was uniquely situated to develop and grow at an exponential rate while maintaining transparency and accountability. One of the key things that we focus on at Cal.com is iterative improvement. This, for us, means that we make changes that make sense. An agile approach allows us to scale up or roll back aspects of features in order to optimize our users' Cal.com experience. You might have noticed that our app store has been changing as we add, remove, and reorganize integration options. A great example of this is our expanded support for Zoho Calendar.
We know how much people love Zoho's suite of products, so it made sense for us to expand our options by adding an app for Zoho. This means that you can now connect your Zoho calendar to your Cal.com profile with just a few mouse clicks. This is great because it means that you can use our robust and flexible appointment setting infrastructure without having to compromise and perhaps use a digital calendar that you love a little less than Zoho.
Sign in to your Cal.com account.
Click on the tab labeled Apps.
Select the Calendar category from the list of available ones within the app.
Scroll until you see the Zoho app.
Click Install.
You will now be redirected to a new page and prompted to sign into your Zoho account.
Follow the on-screen prompts in order to finalize the process.
Once this is done, you can double-check to make sure that Zoho is properly connected by visiting your Cal.com profile and viewing the list of connected calendars.
Using Cal.com with Zoho is a great way to supercharge your workflow while still doing things your own way. Cal.com and Zoho will work together to make sure that finding a time to brainstorm and meet is a breeze, while you focus on finishing your latest presentation, pitch deck, or Ted Talk.
