Get StartedThere are many reasons to choose Cal.com as your calendar scheduling infrastructure service provider. You could choose us because we're open source or because we're white-label friendly, and we offer GDPR, SOC2, and HIPAA compliance options. You could also choose us just because you like our vibe. However, one of the simplest reasons to choose us is because we don't limit your calendar connections, even if you're using our base-level free plan.
Most calendar scheduling products limit the number of calendar connections you can have. Calendly, for example, only lets their free users have one single calendar connection. People using Calendly's team plan pay $16 a month and are only slightly better off at six calendar connections. The fact is that when it comes to offering unlimited calendar connections, most scheduling products only make that available to their highest-paying customers. It’s unfortunate because when a company limits the number of calendar connections a person can add, they’re also curtailing their ability to use the product impactfully.
With Cal, you don't have to worry about any of that. All of our plans let you add as many calendar connections as you need. You don't have to choose between connecting your work calendars, personal calendars, vacation calendars, private calendars, or any other type of calendar you might have. This means you can connect all the calendars you need to, ensuring that snafus related to double bookings and “just remembered” appointments are a thing of the past. In addition, our organization's commitment to respecting user privacy means you don't have to worry about what happens to your data when you connect your calendars to our infrastructure. With us, it's simple: your data stays your data. The only information we're going to collect is regarding the total number of bookings made with your account.
We like to keep things simple. That's why we've made the process of adding calendar connections to your account as easy as clicking a button. Go to Cal.com's app store, select the calendar category, and choose the one you want to integrate. We have 11 different options for calendar connections, including products like Lark Calendar, Apple Calendar, CalDAV, Google Calendar, Chron, Vimcal, and more.
Once you've used the app store to add your calendar connection of choice, you can make any adjustments via the installed apps tab. The installed apps tab lets you view the various integrations and enhancements you've enabled on your account. When navigating the tab, you only have to click on the calendar subsection, and then you can edit your calendar connections. This makes it simple to add multiple Google, Outlook, and Apple calendar connections as needed. It is also where you can select or change the calendar to which you want your Cal.com events added once they're booked.
