Welcome to the 3.7 changelog and a belated Happy New Year to those that follow the 12-month calendar. Most of the team enjoyed a winter break since our last release and while this release is a little smaller than our usual releases, we still have some incredibly valuable new features to share with you, one which we think you’ll find particularly useful when planning your team's availability for the year ahead.

Out of Office with booking forwarding

Are you ever worried that potential bookings are being lost while you or your team members are away on a well-earned vacation? Well, now you can set yourself as Out of Office directly in and set all of your booking links to forward to another member of your team so that no potential bookings slip through the cracks while you’re away. If you work solo you can also just add your OOO so that people know you're away. Go ahead and book your time off for the year.

Instant bookings

Remember the telephone? Well, it’s back, but better. Instant meetings allow people who visit your team’s booking link to see who is available right this minute. All your bookers have to do is click a “Connect now” button and your team members will be dialled on the spot (via a Slack notification) providing a link to join the call. Within seconds, both parties will be on a video call and chatting. No more filling out forms and waiting around when both people are ready to chat! You'll find this in your event-type settings sidebar for team links.

New features & apps

  • We redesigned the Payment Success screen when people subscribe to one of our plans as it was a bit flat.

  • New app: Feishu calendar. We supported Lark, the international version of Feishu but depending on where you were based, you may not be able to use the Lark connection.

  • We made a lot of UI improvements to our desktop application to give it a more native feel.

  • We fixed some layout issues under settings/teams.

  • We added missing translations for workflow variables.

  • We fixed some minor fluctuations in the app sidebar when you scrolled the main content.

  • We fixed an issue where the payment page not showing or only appearing for a split second.

  • We fixed an issue on the public booking weekly view page where the height of the times displayed was breaking past 13.00/1pm.

  • We made some dark mode improvements for the signup page.

  • We fixed some UI bugs in the settings page.

  • We fixed some animation issues on the event-types single page.

  • We fixed an issue where the preview URL for a booking page was showing instead of just

  • We fixed an issue where dynamic booking durations were not reflecting the selection made by the booker.

  • We fixed a bug that caused the generated cal video link on booking confirmation to follow use an incorrect format.

  • We added email confirmation for when an existing Org member is added to a team within an Organization.

  • We fixed a horizontal scrolling issue on the team availability data table.

  • We fixed an issue whereby user avatars were, in the engineers words “a bit all over the place”.

  • We fixed an issue where you couldn’t resubmit a one-time password while verifying your email.

  • We fixed an issue causing duplicate inline embeds to appear.

  • We changed the title of “Dynamic meeting” to “Group meeting” where events are booked by appending usernames to a URL with + (eg

  • We fixed a mobile scrolling issue on the public booking page.

  • We now allow org creation with a conflicting slug and renaming the team slug during migration instead of preventing it all together.

  • We now show the event location and it’s respective icon in /bookings.

  • We fixed an issue with our Switch/Toggle component in dark mode.

  • We fixed an issue where A user joining from invite link of a team wasn’t automatically becoming a member of the org.

  • We’ve added more admin options for organizations including editing domains.

  • We fixed an issue where Dynamic Group Booking link were not working for organizations.
