About the role…

• Cal.com is looking for a Brand Designer to own how we show up visually across marketing, growth, and campaigns.

• This is a hands-on role. You won’t just design in Figma and pass things off. You’ll ship. That means building landing pages, creating ad creatives, and iterating quickly based on performance.

• You’ll work closely with founders and growth to turn rough ideas into live assets, often within the same week.

• This role is based in New York City, with an in-office preference and flexibility for hybrid work.

What you’ll do:

• Design and ship landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing assets

• Work directly in tools like Framer to launch and iterate quickly

• Translate ideas, campaigns, and product features into clear visual concepts

• Partner with growth to improve conversion across ads, pages, and funnels

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across channels

• Create assets for social, paid campaigns, and lifecycle marketing

• Iterate based on performance data, not just taste

What we’re looking for:

• You have experience designing for marketing, growth, or product

• You can move from idea to shipped asset quickly

• You have strong taste and know what good looks like

• You’re comfortable working across landing pages, ads, and brand systems

• You care about performance, not just aesthetics

• You’re comfortable working from rough direction and figuring things out

• You’re based in New York or open to being in-office regularly

Bonus:

• Experience with Framer or similar tools

• Experience designing for SaaS or developer-focused products

• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and testing

• Ability to write or contribute to copy
