The tool just works (makes fixing an appointment really, really easy) and links with as many calendars as you want to check for conflicts. The booking mechanism is simple and links with your own video conference provider.

It packs quite some features, including Google Analytics and workflows. Support has been very responsive in fixing things, big plus!
