Bookings and availability

You can drag a booking in the calendar view to reschedule it. Booking tags now stay with reschedules, seat moves and in-place moves, and visible tags appear on web booking list rows.

Attendee time zones appear inline with a local-time tooltip, recurring dates use the booker's calendar, and booking-window days are counted in both the event and booker time zones.

Pools are easier to manage: the event type cap was lifted, duplicated pool event types keep their pool settings, the recurring replacement picker keeps its date, and round-robin recurring bookings return the first occurrence.

Discover now starts closer to the visitor: home and category pages use the visitor's city, show nearby service and event counts, keep the chosen place in the URL, and expand the search radius when listings are sparse.

Listings are clearer: cards show distance, upcoming event counts and exact next slots. Available today uses real availability, and visitors can sort browse results by price, rating or soonest.

Providers can reply to Cal.com reviews and report them, while admins can keep or remove reported reviews. Review-source ratings now appear only when there are at least three reviews.

Discover pages feel cleaner on phones and wide screens. Rows are swipeable, photos and avatars are better sized, low-quality listings stay out of public rows, and signed-out pages load with less visible waiting.

Cal Video layouts are steadier across calls. Pinned tiles span more space, names remain readable, one-to-one calls fill the stage, and tiles no longer resize abruptly as people join, leave, or open the side panel.

Screen sharing now handles audio more clearly. Shared screens can take the large cell, callers can hear shared audio, see when a share includes sound, and mute that audio while sharing.

Cal Video chat is available to everyone. Lobby knocks are kept for the meeting and removed afterwards, access refusals clear faster, and desktop visitors can be pointed to the Cal.com Mac app.

Main Agent

The Main Agent can now help with more Cal.com work. It can use contacts, adjust travel schedules, create team invite links, read Cal Event messages, and approve or decline Cal Event guests.

The Main Agent now has a desktop channel. From the desktop app it can work with Cal Notes, use the current note as context, read the user's calendar, and keep spoken replies short.

Agent answers now take the user's organisation role into account. When a request needs an organisation admin or a skill is not available, the agent explains that more directly.

Recurring booking review is more reliable. It keeps the right reserver, stays in the booking time zone across daylight saving changes, keeps Book visible, and shows the new success details in regular and embedded flows.

Paid and seat bookings handle edge cases better. Refunded seats are released, unpaid checkouts are not reused after a price change, paid seat email links open the right seat, and rescheduled badges show the original time.

Team availability edits now follow role permissions, including admin access to update team availability. Member defaults are applied when someone joins a team and can be managed through the team settings flow.

Calls make status easier to read: reconnecting participants are labelled and knocks appear on the People button. Join sounds, knock sounds and reminder chimes now play in the right order.

Screen shares stay fitted to the stage while presenters switch, two-person calls use spotlight view, and the grid shows as many tiles as fit, from 9 up to 16.

Hosts can act on participants from each tile, get one pin per person, and see pin controls in the strip. New speakers, connection warnings, mobile Raise hand and provider chat were polished.

Booking limit pools let hosts on an event type share a cap, and each host can have their own limit within a pool. Editors manage those host limits per pool.

Overlapping host availability can no longer offer a slot that cannot be booked. Replacing the main host now refreshes the meeting link and reminders.

Seat handling is stricter. No-shows cannot be marked for pending or rejected seats, and a moved confirmation seat goes back to pending. Calendar reschedules are credited to the organizer.
